Job Description

Get to Know the Team. Join the ID rental fleet team! In fleet team we identify opportunities, fleet supply, maintenance strategies, and secure asset deals with both internal and external partners. As a Fleet team, we manage all vehicle assets in different pool locations; in Jabodetabek we have five different pool locations.

Get to Know the Role

You will oversee the car pool operations, ensuring efficient management of incoming services, body repairs, production, and parking areas. This role specifically needed to handle premium/EV/return to pool products. Reporting to the Manager, you will be based in our BSD Office.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
  • Body Repair: Coordinate repair operations, ensure quality and safety, and improve processes with vendors.
  • Process Engineering: Coordinate aftersales workflows, implement efficiencies, and track performance metrics.
  • Customer Care: Address inquiries and complaints, and develop feedback systems to boost service quality.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze aftersales data, create reports, and use insights to enhance operations.
  • Collaboration: Align aftersales strategies with other departments and external partners to improve offerings.
  • Compliance & Safety: Ensure regulatory compliance, follow company policies, and promote a safe work environment.
Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Automotive Technology, or related field.
  • 5 years of experience in fleet management or aftersales operations.
  • Prior exposure to leadership role and team management.
  • Proficiency in fleet management software and tools.
  • Knowledge of automotive repair processes, standards, and carpooling systems.
  • Prior experience of data analysis and insights generation.
