Job summary

Indosat is seeking a Sr. Officer-Fixed Data Product Development to support product operations, analysis, documentation, and delivery coordination for fixed data services. You will monitor performance, coordinate improvements, and align with stakeholders for enhanced customer outcomes.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, governance, and process optimization to reduce provisioning lead times and improve service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Technology, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Professional certification in computer networking, marketing, or related field is a plus.
• Recent formal or informal education in Artificial Intelligence and its applications is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Product lifecycle management and performance reviews to assess relevance and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to translate feedback into product improvements.
• Maintain up-to-date product documentation, service descriptions, feature catalogs, and change logs.
• Oversee end-to-end provisioning and activation processes for timely service delivery.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure governance, compliance, and audit readiness.
