Job summary

BJAK is seeking applied AI engineers to build AI-native systems for its Neobank app. This remote role requires turning AI into production-quality workflows that automate real work, protect data and improve user experiences across onboarding, KYC, risk review and CRM.

You will collaborate with product and engineering to prioritize what to build, ship quickly, and iterate in production with a focus on reliability and measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on engineering experience building production AI systems.
• Experience building AI agents, LLM apps, RAG systems or automation workflows.
• Ability ship working systems with testable reliability and measurable impact.

Responsibilities

• Build AI agents, workflows and automations for real customer and operations problems.
• Apply LLMs, retrieval, tool calling and guardrails to practical workflows.
• Create AI-assisted experiences for onboarding, KYC, risk review and CRM.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to identify and ship valuable features.
• Design for accuracy, latency, cost, security and user trust.
• Turn manual processes into scalable AI-enabled systems.
