KPMG Siddharta Advisory in Jakarta invites highly motivated students to join our Statistics team in Financial Risk Management. You will work on quantitative and regulatory solutions across banking risk domains, building and validating models, performing data work, and delivering client-ready reports.

The role emphasizes collaboration, rigorous analysis, and communication in English and Indonesian. Fresh graduates are welcome, with CFA preferred, in a dynamic consulting environment.

Qualifikationen

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science or equivalent with a GPA of 3.0 or higher.

• Strong English and Indonesian communication skills.

We invite all highly motivated and dynamic Statistics to join our Financial Risk Management team, where the Statistics role will focus on delivering quantitative and regulatory solutions to clients in the banking and financial services industry. You will support engagements that require statistical analysis, financial modeling, and regulatory risk analytics across various risk domains such as credit risk, market risk, operational risk, and liquidity risk.

What you will do

• Assist in building and validating statistical models (e.g., logistic regression, decision trees)
• Support stress testing and scenario analysis using historical and simulated data
• Perform data cleaning, data extraction, transformation, and aggregation from banking datasets
• Contribute to model documentation and presentation of findings
• Develop reports and presentations

Desired skills & Experience

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data science or equivalent, with a minimum GPA of 3.0 (on a 4.0 scale)
• Possess relevant experience, ideally in a consulting firm, banking or financial service companies. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Candidates with CFA preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Indonesian, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, tasks, and deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively
