Role Summary

The FP&A Manager is responsible for leading financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to support strategic decision‑making. This role provides critical insights to senior leadership, ensuring financial health, optimizing resource allocation, and driving business performance.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Forecasting

• Lead the annual budgeting process, rolling forecasts, and long‑term financial planning.
• Develop financial models and scenario analysis to support business decisions.
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial reports, KPIs, and variance analyses.

Business Performance Analysis

• Provide deep financial insights to support business strategy and operational efficiency.
• Monitor financial performance, identifying risks and opportunities.
• Develop and refine dashboards and reports to track key financial and operational metrics.

Strategic Support & Decision‑Making

• Partner with business leaders to drive data‑driven decision‑making.
• Conduct profitability analysis, cost optimization, and investment appraisals.
• Support M&A, capital allocation, and strategic initiatives.

Financial Reporting & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with financial policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with accounting and treasury teams for accurate financial reporting.
• Maintain strong internal controls and governance over financial processes.

Leadership & Stakeholder Management

• Lead and mentor a team of FP&A professionals.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with finance, operations, and commercial teams.
• Communicate financial insights and recommendations to senior management.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA.
• 8+ years of experience in FP&A, financial modeling, or strategic finance in a pharmaceutical or FMCG industry.
• Strong understanding of financial principles, budgeting, forecasting, and data analytics.
• Proficiency in financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion) and advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Good communication in English, both verbal and written.
