Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• As a business partner of Marketing Team, candidate will analyze brands performance trends especially relating to financial metrics such as sales, expenditures, and profit margin.
• Prepare business case, SKU profitability report, Marketing activities review.
• Monitor KPIs and identify the cause of any unexpected variances.
• Improve and implement a business intelligence tool and dashboard reports.
• Develop financial models and analyze them to support strategic initiatives.
• Support management team and the Heads of Department with data‑driven analysis.
• Support regional and global in quarterly and annual forecasting requirement.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• General knowledge of accounting/financial/operational principles.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and analysis experience required, with 4-6 years FP&A and Category Finance experience in multinational and FMCG company.
• Interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with various management levels.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a changing, fast‑paced environment.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining a view of the big picture.
• Willing to be placed at Tangerang Selatan, Banten - BSD.
