Job summary

PT MATEMATIKA PRIMA INDONESIA (SAKAMOTO INDONESIA) is seeking a Finance/Accounting Analyst to perform financial analysis and administration, ensuring accurate, timely data to support strategic decisions.

You will record and reconcile transactions, prepare data for statements, and coordinate with auditors, banks, and vendors. Requires 1–3 years’ experience and a BA in Accounting/Finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 1-3 years of experience in finance or accounting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
• Strong skills in financial analysis and reconciliation techniques.
• Basic knowledge of tax regulations and internal control mechanisms.

Responsibilities

• Record, review, and reconcile financial transactions in accordance with company policies.
• Prepare supporting data for periodic financial statements and ensure complete transaction documentation.
• Conduct bank, AR, AP, and related account reconciliations.
• Perform actual vs. budget variance analysis and explain material discrepancies.
• Prepare financial analysis, cost tracking, and cash flow monitoring reports.
• Support cost control measures and ensure compliance with the approval matrix.
• Organize and maintain financial archives systematically for easy retrieval and auditability.
• Coordinate with external auditors, banks, vendors, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Assist with tax administration under the direction of the manager.
• Prepare routine financial reports and interactive dashboards.
