Job summary

A leading consulting firm in Jakarta Selatan is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead project planning, execution, and consulting services. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of relevant experience in the financial services sector and display strong leadership and communication abilities. Fluency in business-level English is required. This role offers an opportunity to engage with clients and manage key projects within a dynamic environment.

Job description
Responsibilities
  1. Manage the project by leading PM tasks such as Entire Project Planning, Progress management, Project Execution and Issue Management
  2. Involved with end-to-end sales activities with support from our Indonesia management team and global/regional Asset Finance team.
  3. Lead consulting service delivery as an engagement manager.
  4. Lead the meeting by facilitating with client, ABeam Internal, Sales activity and Opportunity Creation
Requirements
  1. Min 3 years of relevant experience, either from a position within a leasing or auto-finance institution or from another consulting practice.
  2. Has experience in work/project related financial services, including but not limited to Digital Transformation, IFRS Assessment/Implementation, Regulatory Reporting, Due Diligence, Project Management Office, and System Implementation
  3. Deep understanding of practical leasing or auto finance business operations
  4. Solid experience with sales activities (e.g. proposal creation, presentation)
  5. Good communication and facilitation skills
  6. Business-level English communication
Nice to Have
  1. Have a good understanding and hands on experience of SDLC and System Implementation
  2. Extensive experience with Leasing or Auto Finance implementation core applications
  3. Business-Level Japanese communication
