Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or college graduate in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Delivery & Execution Management: Lead day-to-day delivery of assigned KYC or TM workloads and manage priorities.
• People Leadership: Provide coaching, guidance, and performance feedback to analysts and QC staff, and support onboarding.
• Quality & Risk Oversight: Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory expectations, and support remediation efforts.
• Stakeholder & Operations Support: Act as first-line escalation point for delivery issues and provide status updates to Operations Managers.
