Qualifications

  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to improve profitability and cost efficiency.
  • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements in compliance with regulations.
  • Oversee month‑end and year‑end closing processes, including reconciliation and consolidation.
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs related to cost control, revenue, and cash flow management.
  • Establish and maintain robust internal control systems to mitigate financial risks.
  • Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and corporate policies.
  • Coordinate internal and external audits and implement recommendations.
  • Analyze distribution and logistics costs, including fleet operations and warehousing.
  • Drive cost‑saving initiatives across the distribution network.
  • Implement tools to monitor and track operational efficiency.
  • Oversee cash flow planning, working capital management, and bank relationships.
  • Optimize supplier payment cycles and receivables collection to maintain liquidity.
  • Lead and mentor the finance team to achieve departmental goals.
  • Collaborate with operations, sales, and logistics teams to support strategic objectives.
  • Ensure effective utilization of ERP systems and streamline financial processes.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics; Masters degree or MBA preferred.
  • Professional certifications such as CPA, CA, or CMA are highly desirable.
  • Minimum 810 years of progressive experience in financial management.
  • At least 35 years in a similar role within FMCG, distribution, logistics, or retail industries.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and IFRS.
  • Expertise in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience with cost control and financial analysis in logistics and supply chain.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage teams in fast‑paced environments.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
  • High attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Willingness to travel to regional offices or warehouses as needed.
  • Strong work ethic, integrity, and ability to handle high‑pressure situations.
