This role will act as a strategic advisor to business units by providing financial insights, driving performance, and enabling data-driven decision-making. The Finance Business Partner will collaborate closely with commercial, supply chain, and marketing teams to align financial strategies with business goals.

Strategic Financial Planning

Partner with business leaders to develop financial plans, forecasts, and budgets aligned with strategic objectives.

Provide financial modeling and scenario analysis to support business cases and investment decisions.

Performance Management

Monitor key financial and operational metrics across departments.

Analyze variances and trends, and recommend actions to improve profitability and efficiency.

Lead monthly business reviews with functional heads.

Business Partnering

Serve as the finance liaison for commercial, marketing, and supply chain teams.

Translate financial data into actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders.

Support pricing strategies, product launches, and promotional planning with financial analysis.

Cost Optimization & ROI Analysis

Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements across functions.

Conduct ROI analysis for marketing campaigns, trade investments, and capital expenditures.

SAP & Data Analytics

Utilize SAP to extract and analyze financial data.

Collaborate with IT and finance teams to enhance reporting tools and dashboards.

Governance & Compliance

Ensure adherence to internal controls, financial policies, and regulatory requirements.

Support internal and external audits with relevant documentation and analysis.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.

5+ years of experience in finance roles, with at least 2 years in a financial analysis.

Strong commercial acumen and ability to influence cross-functional teams.

Advanced proficiency in SAP and Excel; experience with BI tools is a plus.

Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
