Main Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the financial consolidation process, including the combination of financial reports from subsidiaries and other entities.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as accounting and audit, to ensure that consolidated financial reports are accurate and complete.
- Coordinate with external auditors to ensure that consolidated financial reports are audited correctly.
- Provide consolidated financial reports.
General Responsibilities
- Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department's work area.
- Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements.
- Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in financial consolidations or accounting; experience at a Big Four public accounting firm is strongly preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of applicable accounting standards and financial regulations, including Financial Services Authority (FSA) Regulation VIII.G.7.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Effective team player with strong interpersonal skills; able to motivate and collaborate with subordinates, peers, and management.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

- Prepare company's financial reports.
- Perform intercompany transactions reconciliation.
- Oversee daily transactions (e.g. accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations).
- Participate in tax audits and Year End Financial Audit.
- Manager month-end and year-end closing.
- Organize financial data into usable information and maintain updated records.

SIMM Accounting System Specialist 2

Main Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day administration of the Unit4 Financials system, including user roles and access rights management, configuration activities, and system performance monitoring.
- Serve as the main subject matter expert for complex troubleshooting related to core financial processes such as posting, reconciliation, and period closing within Unit4.
- Manage and ensure the integrity of financial master data in Unit4, including Chart of Accounts (Element Master), vendor and customer information, and other key data structures.
- Ensure all Unit4 modules (General Ledger, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, etc.) operate effectively and in full alignment with established business procedures.
- Provide advanced functional and technical support to Unit4 Financials users across the organization.
- Develop and maintain training materials, user guides, and Standard Operationg Procedures (SOPs) tailored to the company/s Unit4 environment.
- Ensure system configuration and utilization comply with the company's accounting policies and relevant regulatory and compliance standards.
- Support internal and external audits by preparing system-based reports, logs, and documentation as required.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize reporting using Unit4 standard reporting tools as well as BI platforms (e.g., CA, Power BI, Tableau).

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in financial system administration or analysis roles, at least 2 years of experience in a senior-level, supervisory, or team lead position.
- Technical Skills (Hard Skills):
- Proven, hands‑on experience with Unit4 Financials by Coda, particularly across General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Fixed Assets modules.
- Solid understanding of Unit4 system architecture, data tables, configuration, and administration.
- Experience in Unit4 Financials implementation or upgrade projects is a strong advantage.
- Strong knowledge of core accounting cycles and financial processes.
- Basic project management capabilities.
- Fundamental SQL skills for querying data is a plus.
- Non‑Technical Skills (Soft Skills):
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge between functional Finance teams and Technical/IT teams.
- Sharp analytical and structured problem‑solving skills.
- Highly detail‑oriented, proactive, and dependable, with the ability to collaborate.
- Working proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
