Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation.
• 2–3 years of supervisory experience in Finance, Accounting, and Tax.
• Strong knowledge of financial statement preparation and corporate taxation.
• Proficient budgeting, cash flow management, and financial analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented and target-driven.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Finance, Accounting, and Tax operations of the company.
• Ensure financial statements are prepared accurately and on time.
• Manage cash flow, budgeting, and company cost control.
• Ensure compliance with applicable tax regulations.
• Review financial transactions, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Lead and develop the performance of the Finance, Accounting, and Tax team.
• Provide financial analysis and reports to support management decision-making.
