About Us

A leading Chinese beauty brand management group founded in 2019, with a mission to make beauty simpler. We own four major independent brands and our products are distributed globally across North America, Europe, Australia, and Asia. As part of our exciting global expansion, we are establishing our core team in Indonesia and looking for a talented finance professional to grow with us.

Responsibilities

• Cross‑border Financial Management: Handle all cross‑border payments, forex settlements, and bank reconciliations for exports from China to Indonesia. Manage the local subsidiary's cash flow to ensure full compliance with Bank Indonesia's foreign exchange regulations.
• Tax Compliance & Reporting: Take full ownership of monthly and annual tax filings (including PPN and PPh), and fulfill withholding tax obligations. Manage all tax matters related to cosmetics importation and sales (e.g., import duty, advance tax payments).
• Pioneer Financial Build‑out: Play a key role in building the finance function from the ground up, including establishing policies for expense reimbursement and corporate payment processes.
• Reporting & Business Support: Prepare timely monthly financial statements in accordance with Indonesian Accounting Standards (SAK) and report to China HQ. Provide critical financial document support for cosmetics registration and sales activities, and review financial terms for both online and offline distribution models.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of full‑cycle finance experience in a local Indonesian company.
• Experience with cross‑border trade finance and taxation is highly preferred.
• In‑depth knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and a proven track record of independent tax filing.
• Ability to provide practical case examples is a plus.
• Excellent written communication skills in Mandarin to collaborate effectively with our China Headquarters.
• Knowledge of the China‑Indonesia tax treaty and/or experience in the cosmetics, FMCG, or retail industry will be considered a significant advantage.
• A proactive, responsible, and hands‑on attitude, capable of working independently in a startup environment.
