Your Role in This Journey
- Prepare and consolidate annual budgets, periodic forecasts, and long‑term financial plans for all affiliated companies and subsidiaries.
- Monitor cash‑flow management to ensure sufficient liquidity for operations and timely funding requirements for all affiliates and subsidiaries.
- Monitor, review, and manage incoming and outgoing payments, ensuring compliance with internal policies, payment terms, and local regulations.
- Coordinate and oversee payment processing activities, including vendor payments, employee reimbursements, and intercompany settlements.
- Prepare, review, and monitor annual budgets and rolling forecasts, working closely with related departments to gather and consolidate budget data.
- Analyze budget variances and provide explanations, insights, and recommendations to management.
- Prepare regular cash‑flow forecasts, funding schedules, and treasury reports for local management and HQ.
- Liaise with banks for daily transactions, loan drawdowns, foreign exchange, and other treasury activities as needed.
- Handle regulatory reporting related to loans (BI Reporting, KPPK Reporting).
- Handle regulatory reporting related to investment realization (LKPM).
- Ensure all financial processes and documentation comply with internal controls and audit requirements.
- Assist in the development and improvement of finance SOPs, workflows, and systems related to cash flow, payments, and budget management.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5–10 years of relevant experience in cash‑flow management, payments processing, and budgeting, preferably in a multinational or shared‑services environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Willingness to be based in Bali.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Experience in a pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry setting.
- Solid understanding of financial operations, banking procedures, and local payment regulations.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Additional language skills in Korean, Mandarin, or Japanese are a plus.
