Job summary

A leading travel management company in Indonesia is seeking a Finance Supervisor to oversee the finance department activities, manage cash flow, and prepare asset management reports. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in Finance, a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, and strong leadership skills. This role requires working effectively under pressure and managing multiple tasks efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years experience in Finance or 2 years as supervisor preferred.
  • Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Graduate with GPA 3.00 or higher.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise the daily activities of the finance department, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and general ledger functions.
  • Review weekly bank reconciliation / monthly balance sheet reconciliation / analyses.
  • Handle cash, credit/debit cards, gift cards, and mobile payments efficiently and accurately.
  • Manage and monitor assets, including maintenance and depreciation.
  • Prepare asset management reports and conduct regular asset audits.
  • Payment scheduling, monitoring and managing the company’s cash flow (collection and payment) to ensure efficiency and profitability.
Requirements
  • Graduate from a reputable university with minimum GPA 3.00 (based on 4.0 scale), major in Accounting.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in Finance or 2 years as supervisor preferred.
  • Strong leadership, good analytical thinking, detail oriented and good communication.
  • Able to work under pressure and tight deadline, and good in managing multitasking jobs.
  • Able to work individually and team projects.
