Responsibilities

• Daily Accounting Management: Oversee the company’s day-to-day financial operations, including managing accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and cash flow.
• Tax Optimization: Analyze current tax strategies and implement optimization plans to minimize tax liabilities while ensuring compliance with local and international tax laws.
• Financial Analysis and Reporting: Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the development and implementation of annual budgets and financial forecasts, providing strategic insights for business planning.
• Compliance and Audits: Ensure all financial practices are in compliance with relevant regulations and standards (such as OJK). Coordinate with external auditors during the auditing process.
• Cost Control: Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve operational efficiency.
• Financial Risk Management: Assess financial risks and provide recommendations to mitigate risks associated with the company’s financial activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or equivalent certification preferred).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as Finance Supervisor.
• Strong knowledge of tax regulations and compliance.
• Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with internal teams and external partners.
• English as working language.
