You will lead data-driven analyses, manage trade spend, and drive automation to streamline reporting in a high‑tension environment.

Qualifications

• University degree in Finance, Accounting or Management required.
• Strong analytical thinking is essential for this role.
• Proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis tools is required.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Excellent knowledge of financial reporting, accounting principles and compliance standards.
• Ability to interpret large numerical data and translate into actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Ability to adapt in a high-tension working environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary finance business partner for Minimarket and dCommerce teams.
• Provide financial insights to shape channel growth strategy, promotion architecture, and investment choices.
• Influence commercial decisions through fact-based analysis.
• Lead monthly LE trade spend investment for the channels.
• Identify performance gaps early and drive recovery plans with business partners.
• Track KPIs including SO/SI growth, TTS %VRR, TO and %USG against IOP targets.
• Own TTS governance for Minimarket & dCom, ensuring effective investment allocation.
• Evaluate promo scenarios, productivity, and dCom platform fees.
• Strengthen compliance by ensuring adherence to Unilever Finance policies (TPM, OPSO, accruals, audit readiness).
• Analyze internal/external data to drive channel insights and translate trends into opportunities.
• Partner with CBD, CSP, NRM, and Customer Operations.
• Drive dashboards, analytics, and automation to simplify reporting and improve decision making.
