Job summary

A leading business group in Indonesia is seeking a Finance Senior Staff (Account Receivable) to manage daily financial transactions and prepare financial reports. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, 3–5 years of relevant experience, and strong skills in communication, negotiation, and attention to detail. Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of Letters of Credit (L/C) and international banking transactions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily financial transactions including receipts, payments, and bank reconciliations.
  • Prepare periodic financial reports to support management decision-making.
  • Manage and monitor cash flow and liquidity needs.
  • Handle documentation related to Letters of Credit (L/C) and banking partners.
  • Prepare and review international payment documents for compliance with regulations.
  • Collaborate with accounting and tax teams for compliance.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Provide accurate financial data for stakeholders.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in finance (Account Receivable) experience in manufacturing companies or banking is preferred.
  • Proven experience and strong understanding of Letters of Credit (L/C) and international banking transactions.
  • High attention to detail with strong analytical skills and accuracy.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficient in financial software, ERP systems, and banking applications.
  • Active proficiency in English and Mandarin.
Responsibilities
  • Manage the company’s daily financial transactions, including receipts, payments, and bank reconciliations.
  • Prepare periodic financial reports (daily, weekly, monthly) to support management decision-making.
  • Manage and monitor the company’s cash flow and liquidity needs.
  • Handle administrative processes and documentation related to Letters of Credit (L/C), export-import activities, and coordination with banking partners.
  • Prepare and review international payment documents to ensure compliance with banking requirements and applicable regulations.
  • Collaborate with the accounting and tax teams to ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes for both operational and strategic needs.
  • Provide accurate financial data for internal and external stakeholders (management, auditors, regulators, and banks).
