Job summary

PT Garudafood Putra Putri Jaya in Indonesia is seeking a senior accounting leader to oversee daily accounting operations, ensure timely month-end and year-end closings, and prepare management accounts in line with PSAK/IFRS. The role includes budgeting support, financial reporting, and examiner liaison with auditors.

You will guide a team of accounting professionals, strive for continuous process improvements, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards across all financial activities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
• Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Prepare annual management accounts and other relevant reporting in compliance with PSAK / IFRS
• Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, and some other report by request.
• Reconcile bank statements and other accounts.
• Responsible for the company's inventory cost accounting and control and Monthly stock control.
• Producing financial reports related to budgets, account payables, account receivables, expenses etc.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting.
• Support data, documents and explanation to external auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Manage and mentor a team of accounting professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
