Job summary

ParagonCorp seeks a seasoned Finance transformation lead in Jakarta to drive the finance project across Finance, Commercial & Marketing, and Technology teams. You will own the project plan, track milestones, and update stakeholders while coordinating design, testing, and migration efforts for new spend tools.

The role requires deep experience in commercial/marketing finance, multi-stakeholder projects, and familiarity with SAP ERP and spend processes.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years total experience with at least 3–4 years in commercial/marketing finance.
• Experience managing multi-stakeholder projects or system implementations.
• Hands-on familiarity with trade fund management, marketing budget planning, or commercial spend processes.
• Experience with SAP ERP systems and customer/vendor claim management is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Act as the Finance representative and key business counterpart for a finance transformation project, ensuring alignment across Finance, Commercial & Marketing, and Technology teams.
• Own and maintain the Finance Project workstream: project plan, milestones, and stakeholder updates; establish cadence and issue resolutions.
• Prepare Finance-related progress updates, decisions, risks, and recommendations for Steering Committee meetings.
• Conduct pain point assessments and lead design workshops for new tools and processes.
• Coordinate testing and migration processes and ensure launch of the new commercial and marketing spend tools.
• Ensure business requirements are documented, validated with users, and translated into solution design.
• Own UAT, including test scenarios, coordinate business users, and sign off on readiness.
• Lead change management and user adoption across Commercial, Marketing, and Finance teams.
• Ensure future-state solution complies with statutory and tax requirements and addresses risk controls.

Job description

• Act as the Finance representative and key business counterpart for the finance transformation project, ensuring alignment across Finance, Commercial & Marketing, and Technology Team.
• Own and maintain the Finance Project workstream, including project plan, milestone tracking, and stakeholder updates across all phases. Establish the working rhythm: progress-meeting cadence, issue resolutions, and cross-functional alignment.
• Prepare Finance-related progress updates, key decisions, risks, and recommendations for Steering Committee meetings.

Finance Business Process & Solution Design

• Conduct pain point assessments, lead design workshops, coordinate testing and migration processes, and ensure the successful launch of the new commercial and marketing spend tools and any related impacted systems
• Ensure business requirements are well-documented, validated with users, and translated clearly into solution design
• Own User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test scenarios, coordinate business users, and sign off on readiness
• Lead change management and user adoption efforts across Commercial, Marketing, and Finance teams
• Ensure the future-state solution complies with statutory and tax requirements and addresses risk control requirements

Requirements:

• Experience 6-10 years of total experience, with at least 3-4 years in a role related to commercial or marketing finance
• Demonstrated experience managing a multi-stakeholder project or system implementation - preferably in the consumer goods industry
• Hands-on familiarity with trade fund management, marketing budget planning, or commercial spend processes
• Experience working with SAP ERP systems and customer/vendor claim management processes is an advantage
