Job description

Establish financial systems, controls, and reporting frameworks from scratch to support the new plant setup.

Lead cost accounting, raw material budgeting, and production cost monitoring to ensure operational efficiency.

Drive the creation of financial SOPs and reporting standards for plant operations.

Support and lead ERP implementation and system projects, ensuring proper integration with plant operations.

Monitor inventory valuation, stock control, and cycle counts in partnership with supply chain.

Prepare and present accurate financial reports, variance analysis, and forecasts to management and regional/global stakeholders.

Manage Capex planning, ROI analysis, and cash flow forecasting during the project and operational phases.

Ensure compliance with IFRS/local GAAP, tax regulations, and internal controls.

Work closely with global finance teams (US, China) across different time zones to ensure alignment.

Provide strategic financial insights to support plant leadership and project decision-making.

Placement East Jakarta and Batang Central Java

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (S1).

8–10 years of experience in manufacturing finance, supply chain finance, or cost accounting.

Strong track record in financial control, reporting, and ERP systems (SAP preferred).

Experience in plant startup or new project environments is a strong plus.

Knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN) is an advantage.

Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and leadership skills.

Comfortable working in dynamic and unstructured environments (JV/project setup).

Fluent in English for cross‑border collaboration.
