The Finance Planning and Analysis Officer is responsible for supporting the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis processes for Daewoong Indonesia’s affiliates and subsidiaries. The role provides meaningful financial insights and reports to support strategic decision-making and to drive operational efficiency across the shared services operations.

Job Descriptions
  • Prepare timely and accurate management reports, financial analyses, and performance dashboards for CFO and stakeholders
  • Analyze financial and operational KPIs to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost optimization and process improvements
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to support strategic planning and decision-making across different companies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams with business unit leaders, to understand operational drivers and align financial plans with business goals
  • Support cost allocation and transfer pricing processes in line with shared services practices
  • Assist in developing financial models to support new business initiatives, cost optimization, and investment appraisals
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, group guidelines, and relevant local regulations
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of FP&A processes, tools, and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy
  • Support ad-hoc financial analysis, business cases, and special projects as required by management
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; professional certification (e.g. CMA) is a plus.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in FP&A, preferably in a multi-company or shared services environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
