Job summary

A leading company in finance in Indonesia is looking for a Finance Payroll professional. The role involves calculating employee salaries, managing attendance data, preparing payroll reports, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and experience in payroll/finance. Strong skills in Microsoft Excel are preferred. This position demands attention to detail and confidentiality.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in payroll/finance is preferred.
  • Good knowledge of income tax (PPh 21), BPJS, and labor regulations.
  • Able to work under deadlines while maintaining confidentiality.
