Job summary

Qualifications

10+ years in finance/accounting with 5+ years in management.
Manufacturing experience in Indonesia preferred.
Mandarin and English used as working languages.

Responsibilities

Supervise financial operations and provide data-driven insights.
Lead tax management and ensure compliance with audits.
Develop internal financial policies aligned with Indonesian regulations.
Track regulatory changes and liaise with Group HQ.
Lead annual audits and resolve audit findings.
Support governance, risk controls, and contract reviews.
Develop financial solutions for new business initiatives.
Undertake other tasks as assigned by the financial director.
