Responsibilities

• Handle Accounts Receivable and customer invoicing.
• Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up on overdue payments.
• Prepare and record incoming payments and customer transactions.
• Handle Accounts Payable and supplier invoices.
• Verify invoices and supporting documents before payment.
• Prepare payment requests and monitor payment schedules.
• Perform bank reconciliation and accounting entries.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date finance records.
• Support month-end closing and financial reporting.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal departments regarding finance matters.
