RESPONSIBILITY

Lead and manage the finance operations team, ensuring effective and efficient execution of key financial processes, such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing and financial reporting.

Ensure financial operations comply with regulatory requirements, internal policies and best practices.

Prepare and review financial reports, ensuring data accuracy and timely submission.

Train, develop and mentor team members to build their skills and ensure their professional growth.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance operations.

Strong knowledge of financial process, system and tools (ERP system).

Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with senior leadership team members and external partners.
