Job summary

A well-established company in Jakarta is seeking a finance/accounting professional responsible for GL transactions, assisting in budget preparation, and managing payment processes. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting, have at least 3 years of experience in an audit firm, and demonstrate strong analytical skills. This position is based in Jakarta with required travel to sites for job responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum GPA > 3.0 from a reputable university.
• 3 years of experience in a reputable audit firm.
• Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for GL transactions and MA reports.
• Assist in yearly budget preparation and variance monitoring.
• In charge of all treasury matters.
• Manage payment processes including vouchers and support documents.
• Review petty cash and expense reports.
• Prepare data for financial reporting.
• Prepare weekly cash flow planning.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Responsible for GL transactions, MA report, variance analysis.
• Assist in yearly budget preparation and monitoring budget variance.
• In charge of all treasury matters.
• Manage end‑to‑end payment processes including payment vouchers, PO postings, e‑banking, and supporting documents.
• Review petty cash, expense reports, and daily transaction journals.
• Prepare data for insurance, L/C, and import‑export (DHE) reporting.
• Prepare weekly cash flow planning and forecasting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting from a reputable university (minimum GPA > 3.0).
• Having 3 years of working experience in a reputable audit firm.
• Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures.
• Advanced MS Excel skills.
• Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Placement at Jakarta Office, and able to travel to Site to meet job requirements.
