Position summary

The Finance Manager is responsible for managing cash flows, treasury operations, and financial control systems across HIJAU Group entities — including the Singapore parent (Investasi Hijau Selaras Pte. Ltd.) and Indonesian subsidiaries. This role focuses on banking and payments management, intercompany cash flows, and oversight of operational finance to ensure smooth financial operations that support HIJAU Group’s renewable energy projects (Solar-as-a-Service and Cooling-as-a-Service). The position reports directly to the CFO and works closely with project finance teams, accounting, and business operations.

Educational Background
  • • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
  • • Professional certification is a plus.
  • • Familiarity with IFRS and/or PSAK (Indonesian accounting standards), corporate treasury management, and cash flow planning.
Professional Experience
  • • 2–3 years of experience in finance or operational treasury, ideally in renewable energy, infrastructure, or asset-based businesses.
  • • At least 3 years in roles handling treasury or operational finance functions (e.g., cash management, payment control, and working capital planning).
  • • Experience managing multi-entity treasury (Singapore parent and Indonesian subsidiaries).
  • • Understanding of project financing, loan administration, and banking documentation.
  • • Familiar with payment platforms, ERP systems (such as Xero, Odoo), and bank reconciliations.

  • • Strong analytical skills in cash flow modelling, funding allocation, and treasury planning.
  • • Deep understanding of banking operations, payment systems, and treasury controls.
  • • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including cash flow modelling and projections.

  • • Analytical and proactive; capable of identifying liquidity risks and timing gaps in cash flows.

Additional Qualifications (Optional)
  • • Experience in renewable energy project operations, especially SPV structures and asset leasing.
  • • Understanding of green finance concepts, ESG-linked loans, or sustainability reporting.
  • • Familiarity with cross-border tax and regulatory issues (Singapore–Indonesia) related to treasury and intercompany transactions.
  • • Proficient with ERP systems, particularly Odoo.
Key Responsibilities

1. Treasury Management

  • • Manage daily and weekly cash positions, ensuring optimal liquidity across entities.
  • • Prepare short- and long-term cash flow forecasts to meet project and corporate funding needs.
  • • Establish and manage relationships with banks, including KYC, facility draws, payment schedules, and compliance with loan agreements.
  • • Monitor loan payments (interest, principal, DSRA, escrow) and ensure accurate reporting to lenders.
  • • Manage FX transactions, intercompany funding, and capital repatriation between Singapore and Indonesia.

2. Operational Finance & Payment Controls

  • • Oversee payment authorization processes for vendors, payroll, and project expenses.
  • • Design and maintain payment approval workflows in line with authority limits.
  • • Close cash and bank reports monthly accurately and completely.
  • • Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable, including collections and payments.
  • • Establish treasury KPIs (liquidity ratios, DSO/DPO, cash buffers).
  • • Prepare monthly treasury dashboard and analysis.

3. Processes & Systems

  • • Develop and refine treasury procedures and intercompany internal controls.
  • • Support ERP/TMS implementation.
  • • Assist audits and ensure compliance with control standards.

4. Coordination & Governance

  • • Ensure compliance with loan agreements and reporting.
  • • Collaborate with tax and accounting on intercompany transactions.
  • • Maintain communications with banks, legal advisors, and auditors.
