Finance & Accounting Manager

Responsibilities

Manage and oversee all financial functions of the depot to ensure financial stability and sustainable growth.

Collaborate with the sales and operational teams to support the achievement of sales targets.

Monitor operational cash flow (opex).

Supervise depot operational expenses to ensure they align with the profit and loss (P&L) objectives.

Implement control functions to ensure compliance with SOPs.

Conduct financial surveys for new customers (Know Your Customers method).

Monitor key customers (Pareto) in terms of credit limit, terms of payment (TOP), and financial stability.

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Management.
• Experience in finance, especially in accounts receivable management and collections.
• Experience in the distribution industry or FMCG is a plus.
• Skills in financial analysis and receivables management.
