Job summary

A manufacturing company located in Tangerang is seeking a Senior Finance & Accounting Manager to oversee all accounting functions. Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of working experience as a Senior Finance & Accounting Manager in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with accounting systems and an ERP system is a plus.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Manage all Finance Department functions to ensure complete day-to-day accounting and financial activities
• Manage month-end closing and issue monthly management accounts on time
• Plan, coordinate and control cash flow and issue relevant reports
• Draft, implement and manage company budgets
• Coordinate with external auditing companies
• Manage monthly & yearly tax (art 21, CIT, etc)
• Set up and manage Finance and Accounting related procedures
• Manage, train and support subordinates and provide guidance on accounting operations
• Prepare and present monthly batch costing exception report
• Maintain the fixed assets register
• Ensure all tax related issues are dealt with correctly and on time
• Process payments and payroll

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum Diploma III majoring in Accounting
• Minimum 10 years of working experience as a Senior Finance & Accounting Manager in a manufacturing environment
• Experience working with accounting system (Accurate) & an ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics Business Central 365 is an advantage)
• Working knowledge in ISO 9001:2015
• Advanced skills in Ms. Excel and Ms. Word
• Excellent communication in Bahasa and English (spoken and written)
• Accuracy / attention to detail, deadline-driven and respects strict confidentiality
