  • Collaborate with commercial teams to create the measurement and tracking of execution and results of each commercial program & initiative.
  • Review and understand cause of deviation from results and correction plan.
  • Assist in the creation of commercial execution plans, ensuring clarity among commercial teams of what is expected and how we will deliver the identified opportunities.
  • Partnering with Commercial team for Distributor/Customer review including creation of Distributor/Customer P&L and any other financial metric.
