Job Description
- Collaborate with commercial teams to create the measurement and tracking of execution and results of each commercial program & initiative.
- Review and understand cause of deviation from results and correction plan.
- Assist in the creation of commercial execution plans, ensuring clarity among commercial teams of what is expected and how we will deliver the identified opportunities.
- Partnering with Commercial team for Distributor/Customer review including creation of Distributor/Customer P&L and any other financial metric.
- Provide monthly report & analysis on Channel/Customer/Product profitability.
- Deliver business analysis projects, e.g., spend optimization to improve spend effectiveness.
- Prioritize packs, channel, customers to drive greater returns investments.
- Conduct a quarterly pricing review and provide price index vs COGS index.
- Own or manage proactive project efforts to identify actionable value creation programs that drive results for the business unit – track and report on results as delivered.
- Annual Trading Term review to drive cost optimization.

Requirements
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.

- Able to conduct tax audit and provide Indonesia tax planning according to the law and tax risk alert reminders.
- Fund Management, including fund rolling plan and daily fund management.
- Business financial management including managing financial aspects of contract, overseeing project financial management, and aligning business data with financial data.
- Handling other additional financial management matters between Indonesia office and overseas Headquarters (China).
