Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join our team in Jakarta. This individual will play a critical role in managing the finance function for our UAE entity as well as group-level financial consolidation, tax compliance oversight, and group payroll management.

This is a unique opportunity for a finance professional who thrives in a multi-country environment and is excited to help strengthen processes, ensure accuracy, and support leadership through high-quality reporting and analysis.

Key Responsibilities
Financial Reporting & Month-End Close
  • Fully own the month-end close process for each entity ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage group-level consolidated reporting, ensuring intercompany alignment.
Budgeting, Forecasting & Analysis
  • Lead group-level cash flow forecasting and scenario analysis.
  • Own the budget-vs-actual analysis, providing insights and variance commentary.
  • Support leadership with financial modelling, project costing insights, and ad-hoc analysis.
  • Maintain accurate and compliant bookkeeping for the UAE entity.
  • Oversee intercompany transfers and reconciliation across the group.
  • Ensure all financial controls are effective, documented, and continuously improved.
Tax, Compliance & Audit
  • Manage Indonesia, UAE & KSA tax compliance including VAT, ESR, statutory audits, and renewal of company licenses.
  • Lead all UAE/DMCC/ADGM audit processes, acting as key contact for auditors.
  • Oversee Indonesia’s tax filing and audit processes.
  • Lead group-level tax and compliance governance.
Payroll
  • Own UAE payroll end-to-end and oversee Indonesia payroll.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CMA, CA) preferred.
  • 5–10+ years of relevant finance experience, ideally in a multi-entity environment.
  • Strong technical accounting knowledge (IFRS preferred).
