Job summary

Kaleka in Denpasar, Bali, is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee daily finance and accounting operations and to lead financial closing and donor reporting. You will manage budgeting, cash flow, taxation, audits, subgrant financial processes, and supervise the Finance team while ensuring compliance with internal policies and donor requirements.

A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and 4–7 years of relevant experience are required; English skills and strong analytical abilities are

• Proven experience in finance and accounting roles.
• Experience supervising a finance team.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, closing, budgeting, taxation, and audits.
• Good analytical, organizational, communication, and English-language skills.
• Willing to be based in Denpasar, Bali.

• Good analytical, organizational, communication, and English-language skills.
• Willing to be based in Denpasar, Bali.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience as an auditor at a public accounting firm.
• Experience in a non-profit organization, donor-funded projects, or subgrant management.
