Fresh graduates in accounting, finance, or economics with good English communication will thrive in this role, which is part-time for at least six months.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate with a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or related field.
• Available for part-time work for at least 6 months.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications.
• Good English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Basic understanding of accounting and finance principles.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP experience is an advantage).

Responsibilities

• Assist in processing and organizing finance-related documents and records.
• Support invoice verification and accounts payable administration.
• Help maintain financial data and records accurately in company systems.
• Assist with expense claim reviews and supporting documentation.
• Support monthly closing activities and financial reporting preparation.
• Perform data entry and reconciliation tasks as assigned.
• Ensure proper filing and document management in compliance with company policies.
• Provide administrative support to the Finance team on ad-hoc projects.
