Job summary

Serial in Jakarta is seeking a motivated recent graduate or student to join our Finance team as a trainee. You will assist with monthly close, data gathering, and reporting tasks to support accurate financial insights.

You will learn ERP systems, support budgeting and analysis, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes while developing professional finance skills in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Fresh Graduate or currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, detail-oriented, strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Prior internship experience in finance or accounting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
• Support budgeting by gathering data, preparing spreadsheets, and assisting with variance analysis.
• Assist with processing invoices, tracking payments, and managing accounts receivable.
• Learn and utilize ERP or financial software to input data, generate reports, and streamline processes.
• Participate in special projects such as cost analysis, pricing reviews, or process improvements.
