Job summary

PT Trust Recruit Indonesia seeks an experienced accounting professional in Bekasi to oversee financial planning, reporting, and tax activities. You will manage AP/AR, prepare IFRS and P&L statements, and collaborate with headquarters in Korea.

Strong Excel and ERP (SAP/MYOB) skills are essential, with a self-starting, team-oriented mindset. The role covers bank controls, asset management, compensation, and support for HR processes, while ensuring compliance and accurate monthly and quarterly

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience
• D3 or S1 degree in Economic Accounting
• Strong knowledge in planning, controlling, and managing accounting
• Good in Excel Program
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, MYOB) is preferable
• Self-starter, ambitious, and team player with integrity

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly Cash Flow Plans and Reports
• Prepare monthly P&L Reports
• Manage AP & AR Control and Reporting
• Control and report on expenses
• Prepare tax reports including Income Tax, Corporate Tax, and Customs Duty
• Prepare IFRS reports to Finance Division
• Prepare quarterly financial reports and annual financial statements
• Prepare monthly reports to HQ in Korea
• Control bank and cash on hand activities
• Manage bookkeeping activities and asset management including depreciation
• Manage compensation and benefits
• Support hiring and termination processes
• Manage office supplies and utilities
• Support expat President Director with immigration, domicile, and driver matters
