The Role: The Operational Backbone
We are seeking a highly organized, trustworthy, and versatileFinance & Corporate Administration Specialistto ensure our internal operations run flawlessly.
This is a role for a multitasker who loves structure. You will be the guardian of our financial health—handling daily accounting and cash flow—while also acting as the operational hub that manages procurement and general office administration. You ensure that the bills are paid, the team has the equipment they need, and the office functions like a well‑oiled machine.
What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities):
Manage day‑to‑day financial transactions, including invoicing, expense tracking, and petty cash management. Prepare basic financial reports (profit/loss, cash flow) and assist with tax reporting (PPh/PPN).
Oversee the end‑to‑end procurement process for office and IT needs. Source vendors, negotiate prices, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
Manage office logistics, maintain company assets inventory, and handle document filing/archiving.
Assist the management team with administrative scheduling, travel arrangements, and ensuring the office environment is productive and well‑maintained.
Ensure all financial and administrative processes comply with company policies and local regulations.
What You Bring (Core Requirements):
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in a similar role (Finance/Admin or Finance/GA).
Solid understanding of basic accounting principles, bookkeeping, and Indonesian tax regulations (Brevet A/B is a plus).
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Jurnal, Accurate, Xero) is highly desirable.
High Integrity & Attention to Detail: You are handling money and assets; trustworthiness and precision are non‑negotiable.
You can switch between checking an invoice, ordering laptops, and fixing an office issue without losing focus.
Bonus Points (Nice to Have):
Experience working in a tech startup or fast‑paced environment.
Familiarity with E‑Faktur and online tax filing systems.
Experience in vendor management for IT equipment.
