Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree/Post Graduate Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking from reputable university
• At least 15 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position, with 7 years in managerial level
• Have experience in Retail industry, preferably from Shoes & Apparel Retail
• Able to oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis.
• Able to develop and monitor key financial metrics and KPIs to drive profitability and cost efficiency.
• Manage the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standard
• Supervise cash flow management, including accounts payable, receivable, and inventory control.
• Collaborate with operational teams to analyze cost structures and drive efficiencies.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with strong leadership skill

Willing to work in Kemayoran, Jakarta Pusat.
