Job summary

Samudera Indonesia is seeking a SIMM Financial Controller Deputy Division Head to lead financial consolidation, system enhancements, and regulatory reporting across the group. You will oversee accounting policies, tax processes, and team development, coordinating with subsidiaries and external regulators.

The role requires extensive finance leadership experience, with a focus on consolidation, governance, and strategic financial management within a logistics or trading group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting required.
• 10 years of professional experience with at least 5 years in finance/accounting and/or financial consolidation; and/or at least 7 years in managerial roles.
• Prior experience at a Big Four public accounting firm is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure enhancement and development of the Group's financial systems are implemented accurately and timely.
• Consolidate the Group's financial statements and reconcile intercompany balances.
• Conduct financial reviews across all subsidiaries/entities within the Group.
• Ensure timely submission of financial statements to IDX/OJK in compliance with applicable regulations.
• Manage and oversee the Group's accounting policies and financial policies.
• Supervise tax processes and ensure compliance with tax reporting requirements.
• Lead coaching, development, and succession planning of team members.
