Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate financial management in collaboration with management and construction departments
• Prepare budgets, forecasts and profitability analyses, identifying and proposing improvements to optimize performance and efficiency
• Oversee treasury, cash flow, and investments, ensuring proper liquidity and financial optimization
• Design and maintain internal control systems to detect risks, streamline processes and identify opportunities
• Ensure compliance with fiscal, legal and regulatory requirements
• Make strategic financial decisions that align with the company’s goals, demonstrating sound judgment and strong leadership
• Provide financial insights to support business planning and long-term growth strategies
