Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Management, or Business
- Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience in Financial Analysis, FP&A, or Business Partnering roles.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); experience with Microsoft Access is a plus.
- Solid understanding of PSAK (Indonesian GAAP), with exposure to international accounting standards (US GAAP, IFRS).
- Advanced skills in financial modeling, scenario planning, and variance analysis.
- Hands‑on experience with budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and financial reporting.
- Familiarity with business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, SAP Analytics Cloud) is highly desirable.
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to link operational drivers to financial performance.
- Demonstrated ability to influence, challenge, and communicate effectively with non‑finance stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, matrixed organization.
- Strong ethics and integrity, with an understanding of anti‑bribery and compliance standards.
Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders by providing actionable financial insights and constructive challenge to drive performance and profitability.
- Partner with business units to develop, coordinate, and review annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long‑term financial planning.
- Prepare and present monthly management reports, including P&L, KPIs, variance analysis, and key business insights.
- Monitor and analyze variances between actual results and budgets/forecasts; recommend corrective actions where necessary.
- Provide financial analysis to support strategic decisions, business cases, investment proposals, pricing, and margin initiatives.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support scenario planning, stress testing, and business simulations.
- Lead cost monitoring efforts by tracking overheads, capital expenditures, and operational efficiency.
- Identify and support cost‑saving initiatives while ensuring service standards are maintained.
- Support ongoing transformation projects such as process automation, finance digitalization, and data integration.
- Continuously review and improve financial processes, tools, and systems to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (e.g., Procurement, Operations, Commercial, HR) to align financial goals with business execution.
- Assist in the development and tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess business unit performance.
- Provide ad‑hoc financial analysis and presentations for senior management and board‑level discussions.
- Ensure the implementation of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards in daily activities and within the team.
- Ensure that all team members adhere to anti‑bribery and ethical business practices in their daily work.
