About the role

We are seeking an experienced Finance Asst. Manager to join the team at PT. Adicipta Boga Intiprima (IMPERIAL GROUP) in West Jakarta, Jakarta. As a full-time position, this role will be responsible for overseeing the company’s financial operations and providing strategic financial guidance to support the organization’s growth objectives.

What you’ll be doing

Preparing and analyzing financial statements, budgets and forecasts to support decision-making

Overseeing accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and other day-to-day financial processes (cash flow projection)

Implementing and maintaining effective financial controls systems

Identifying opportunities to improve financial efficiency and profitability

Providing financial advice and support to department heads and senior management

Ensuring compliance with relevant tax regulations and other financial legislation

Leading, mentoring and developing the finance team

What we’re looking for

University degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field

6+ years in a senior finance role, preferably in the Accounting industry

Strong commercial acumen and the ability to interpret financial data to inform business decisions

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels

Proficient in using financial software and spreadsheet applications

Thorough understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations and compliance requirements

Proven track record of leading and developing high‑performing finance teams
