Finance Assistant Manager (Automotive Company)

Adecco is currently supporting one of Automotive Manufacturing Company in their search for Finance Accounting (Assistant Manager) to be based at their Cakung Office.

This role is responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of finance, accounting, taxation, and auditing activities to ensure accurate reporting and strong financial governance. The position leads day-to-day financial operations, supports budgeting and analysis, manages compliance with tax and audit requirements, and ensures effective internal controls. The ideal candidate is a hands-on finance leader with strong analytical skills, proficiency in SAP and Excel, and proven experience managing a team while supporting business growth.

Requirements

Minimum S1 (Bachelor’s) degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CA certification is preferred).

Strong English proficiency (written and spoken) is a must.

Experienced or familiar with SAP, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft 365.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas and data analysis.

5+ years of work experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role (experience in automotive manufacturing or as an external auditor is highly preferred).

Experience in billing, AR management, and customer reconciliation.

Hands-on experience in Financial Audit.

Experience in Taxation, including Tax Audit and Transfer Pricing.

Strong analytical skills with a background in financial analysis and management reporting.

Proven leadership experience, including leading and developing a team.
