Job description
Responsibilities
  • Verify new customer data through field checks.
  • Handle bad debt collection, both online and on-site.
  • Check customer signatures on NOTA and process approval via OA system.
  • Prepare and copy monthly payment NOTA for sales acknowledgment.
  • Scan and archive NOTA documents.
  • Assist Finance BP in organizing and binding NOTA files.
  • Monitor sales activities to ensure customer and order accuracy.
Qualifications
  • Minimum education Senior High School/Vocational School (D3/S1 in Accounting, Finance, or Administration is a plus).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in finance or administrative roles (fresh graduates are welcome).
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, and responsible in handling documents.
  • Good communication skills, including collection and follow-up with customers.
  • Willing to do field visits when required.
  • Honest, disciplined, and able to work well in a team.
  • Able to perform other tasks as assigned by the company.
  • Commission: 2% of the invoice amount.
