Responsibilities

• Handle daily finance operations: payment processing, petty cash, bank reconciliation, and financial data entry.
• Prepare monthly financial reports including AR/AP aging and cash flow.
• Ensure accurate and timely tax calculation and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily finance operations: payment processing, petty cash, bank reconciliation, and financial data entry.
• Prepare monthly financial reports (AR/AP aging, expense reports, cash flow).
• Ensure accurate and timely tax calculation and reporting (VAT, PPh21, PPh23, etc.).
• Maintain proper documentation for audits and compliance.
• Coordinate with external accountants, tax consultants, and internal departments.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis activities.
• Ensure financial transactions comply with company policies and government regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in finance or tax roles (F&B preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian taxation (VAT, PPh).
• Detail-oriented, accurate, and highly organized.
• Proficient in accounting software (Accurate, Jurnal, or similar) and Microsoft Excel.
• Able to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks.
