Job description

Finance and Tax Manager(English Speaker)

Lead finance and accounting operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Ensure full compliance with Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN, Withholding Tax, Annual Tax Return, etc.).

Review and manage tax planning, reporting, and audit processes.

Liaise with tax authorities, external auditors, and relevant stakeholders.

Coordinate with management on financial and tax-related matters.

Analyze financial data and provide management with strategic recommendations.

Manage and develop finance team members.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s degree or Brevet A/B certification is a plus).

Minimum 5 years of experience in finance and taxation, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.

Strong expertise in Indonesian tax regulations and reporting.

Proficiency in English (spoken & written) is mandatory to communicate with management.

Excellent analytical, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
