Let’s join with our company as "FINANCE AND ACCOUNTING MANAGER"

Responsibilities:

A. Accounting Operations

• Supervise and oversee daily accounting tasks, including general ledger maintenance, accounts payable/receivable, and journal entries
• Prepare, review, and process month‑end and year‑end closing entries
• Ensure proper and timely recording of financial transactions
• Understand about Tax Regulation
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Prepare financial reports for internal stakeholders, ensuring compliance with relevant standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS)
• Support the preparation of forecasts and budgets

C. Compliance & Internal Controls

• Ensure adherence to company policies, financial regulations, and statutory requirements
• Assist in the preparation for external audits and liaise with auditors
• Monitor and enforce internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accurate financial reporting
• Conduct variance analysis between budgeted, actual, and forecast financial performance
• Identify trends and provide actionable insights to senior management for strategic decision‑making
• Support cost control and expense management initiatives
• Coordinate with banks, auditors, tax consultants, vendors and other external parties.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or ACCA certification is a plus).
• 6-8 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting in a retail company.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy in financial reporting.
• Strong understanding about tax regulation and company operations.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
• Good leadership to manage the team.
• Familiar with SAP and other accounting systems.
• Fluent in English both oral and written.
