Job Overview

PT. SAAG Utama, established in 1994, is a leading company in Indonesia’s oil and gas industry. The company specializes in the sale, rental, operation, and maintenance of oil and gas equipment, with a focus on gas turbines, compressors, instrumentation, and processing plants. Headquarters are located in Jakarta, with operations extending across Sumatera, Java, and Kalimantan.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare financial reports including the balance sheet, profit and loss statement, tax and other reports (inclusive of Accounts Payable and Receivable) as per general standards.
  • Maintain accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
  • Substantiate financial transactions in accordance with company policies.
  • Reconcile and mitigate risks related to financial discrepancies through collection and analysis of account information.
  • Maintain financial security by adhering to internal controls.
  • Verify documentation and request disbursements to prepare payments.
  • Maintain all journal entries and reconciliations.
  • Generate monthly financial reports and manage tax restitution reports.
  • Stay compliant with federal, state, and local tax regulations and accounting policies.
Qualifications
  • Excellent communicator with high initiative, discipline, organization, and teamwork skills.
  • Minimum four (4) years of experience in Finance and Accounting, preparing financial reports, Corporate Tax Returns (SPT Badan), and handling Tax Restitution (mandatory).
  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in Finance and/or Accounting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Accurate accounting programs.
  • Must possess Tax Brevet A & B.
  • Proficient in English (written and oral) is a plus.
  • Independent and able to work under pressure.
